Accenture's Interactive Orchestra

Working with Accenture's Innovation Lab we created a real-time and personalised customer experience, Accenture's Interactive Orchestra.

We used AI to program a robot to play as part of the orchestra. We enabled real-time audience interaction through mobile phones to drive data visualisation and robotic movements. Using Adobe Cloud data capture we sent personalised emails to attendees post event.

Presented at Adobe Symposium 2017 & the launch of Accenture's Innovation Hub in Bangalore, Accenture's Interactive Orchestra is a unique innovation in engaging and collaborative customer experience.

ABC's Digital Transformation Strategy

As Head of Strategy for the ABC's Innovation + Digital Network, Louise developed the mobilisation strategy to establish the ABC Digital Network. We centralised digital expertise in order to deliver a holistic and networked digital ABC, that is capable of delivering to audience expectations.

We developed and published the ABC's first holistic digital research insights project on Australian audience media behaviour, the Digital Ecosystem Project (DEP).

Working to create the Future Media Experience that will ensure the ABC's relevance; its place in the hearts of and minds of Australians into the future, it was an audience insights led approach that enabled us to develop the ABC's first integrated digital strategy. A business transformation vision and roadmap, based on one of the largest Human Centred Design projects in Australia.

In parallel, we grew the ABC’s audience across its portfolio of highly popular digital products including abc.net.au, iView, ABCApp, ABC Listen, ABC Kids, ABC News Digital and the launch of ABC Me.

Hoodlum Entertainment Pivots to Thrive

Working closely with the board and directors, as the Director of Digital for the innovative, multi-platform content production company, Hoodlum, we developed a strategy to pivot the business focus, enabling it to thrive in a continuously changing media landscape.

Louise drove business strategy, new business development as well as content and product creation for original TV series, branded entertainment and games. She was responsible for delivering ground breaking innovation in audience engagement.

Tenplay Transforms Ten's Digital Presence

As the Senior Strategic Consultant to Network Ten, Louise developed and implemented their new digital ecosystem, Tenplay.

She developed the strategy, concept, market positioning and roadmap collaborating with Ten's in-house team and specialist's in her own network.

YouTube Symphony Orchestra Downunder

As Project Director for Google's, YouTube Symphony Orchestra, Louise led a team of people from across the globe to deliver partnerships, platform, content, publicity and a live broadcast that delivered unprecedented audience engagement.

Hosted at the Sydney Opera House, this ground breaking experience connected musicians from around the world through musical collaboration, innovation and technology.

A resounding success with 33 million people watching the live stream, 2.8 million people watching on mobile whilst achieving #1 global trending topic on twitter for the grand finale.

Sydney Opera House Audience Development

As director of Marketing, Digital and Broadcast Louise was responsible expanding audience reach and engagement. She developed an innovation strategy that created content and marketing experiences that built global reach and access for programming initiatives and acquired new audiences.

Leading at team of more than 80 subject matter experts, we developed new digital platforms through partnerships and built social reach through targeted niche campaigns.

Online Dance Competition Engages Global Audiences

In June, following the 2009 success of MyMutation 2009 online dance competition we launched My Mutation 2010, a part of the Sydney Opera House Spring Dance Festival. An outstanding success once again with entries from around the world.

Global Audience for Graphic Festival

Building audience beyond the venue, as part of the Graphic Animation festival presented by Sydney Opera House, we launched the Graphic Animation competition.

This aimed to give animators the world over the opportunity to create a 3 part animatic series. Over three rounds animators competed to get to the final and win $20,000 and a chance to present their work at the live festival event.
